All current My Solar Ascend features are free. We do not require a subscription, credit card, or gift to use the website.

Optional gifts

Love gifts are voluntary and are completed on our Ko-fi support page. Ko-fi and its payment providers handle those transactions. For questions about a gift or refund, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.

Historical subscriptions

If you had an earlier paid subscription, review it through the original Stripe billing portal if available through your account, or contact us so that any historical billing concerns can be resolved. Old billing records are retained for necessary financial and customer-service purposes.
