Cancellation & Refunds
How subscription cancellation works and what to expect regarding refunds.
How to Cancel
If your premium subscription is connected to a live Stripe billing account, you can cancel through the billing portal available from your Account page.
Go to Account and use the billing or portal button if it is available. Stripe-managed subscriptions can generally be canceled there directly.
If the billing portal is not available
Some premium accounts may not yet have a Stripe customer record attached. In that case, the self-service billing portal may not appear or may not work for cancellation.
If you cannot cancel through the portal, contact support at dreamlaboneinc@gmail.com and include the email address used on your account.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Unless otherwise stated in Stripe during checkout or inside the billing portal, cancellation generally stops future billing and may allow access to continue through the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once billed, except where required by law or where we choose to make an exception. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support as soon as possible.
