1. Use of the Platform

My Solar Ascend provides space weather information, educational resources, community access, and freely accessible digital features. By using the platform, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service or other users.

2. Accounts

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the activity that occurs under your login.

3. Free Access and Accounts

All currently offered informational tools and resources are free. Optional registration is required to submit a personal symptom report, post messages, or enter member chat. Account access can be limited for spam, abuse or violations of community rules.

4. Voluntary Support

Financial gifts are entirely optional and do not unlock additional features. Any gifts are completed through our separately hosted Ko-fi page. Current site access does not create a recurring billing obligation. Historical subscription billing may require separate management with the original processor.

5. Educational / Informational Use Only

Content on My Solar Ascend is provided for informational, educational, and spiritual-interest purposes only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice and should not replace qualified professional guidance.

6. Community Conduct

Users may not post spam, abusive content, threats, harassment, or unlawful material. Accounts or content may be restricted or removed if platform rules are violated.

7. Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

8. Intellectual Property

Platform content, branding, text, graphics, and software remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Use of the site is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Solar Ascend and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
